All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number.

3. Delivery Timeframes
Melbourne Metro: 2–5 business days after dispatch Other parts of Australia: 5–7 business days after dispatch International Orders: You will receive an email with estimated delivery time once the parcel is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may change based on location, order size, or current carrier rates.
5. Lost or Delayed Items
While we always aim for safe delivery, Nepthic is not responsible for items lost or damaged once handed over to the shipping carrier. If there is a delay, we will notify you with the updated estimated delivery time as soon as possible.
