At Nepthic, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Please note that the 14-day period starts from the day the item is delivered to you.

2. Condition of Returned Items

For hygiene reasons, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags attached

Any item that does not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or refund.

3. Refund Process

Our refund process is simple and flexible. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll arrange the refund in whichever way suits you best — whether it's the original payment method, store credit, or another agreed option.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after approval.

4. Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, unless there is a verified production defect or the product you received is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
